Albert Dweck has spent more than two decades leading activities at his real estate firm, Duke Properties, located in Brooklyn, New York. Albert is CEO of Duke Properties, he has served as managing principal for more than 40 real estate partnerships, which encompass 500 units under management.
Albert Dweck acquires multi-family investment opportunities at Duke Properties, particularly rental apartments, in the North-eastern part of the states. Albert has developed a successful investment model, focusing on smaller properties, 35 units or less, with price points below $25 million.
Albert Dweck holds a bachelor’s degree in marketing from the Stern School of Business at New York University. During Alberts undergraduate career he spent a semester abroad at Sanno Institute of Management in Tokyo. While in Tokyo, Albert focused his studies on business administration and management. Albert furthered his education by receiving a certificate in Real Estate Investment and Finance from NYU, SCPS. Albert’s most recent educational accomplishment is obtaining a certificate in Strategy Execution at Harvard Business School Online.
Albert not only has a vast understanding of the real estate market from his studies and continued work in the industry, but he also holds a brokerage license. Albert recently founded, Artifex Brokerage, where they handle commercial leasing for smaller companies. Albert opened a brokerage company that enables smaller companies to receive the same care and service as a larger corporation. Albert strives to help smaller companies find their perfect space within the big city.
Albert is a former professor at the Real Estate Institute NYU, SCPS. Albert possesses an expansive knowledge in the real estate industry and has accumulated a wide range of skills that propel Duke Properties to succeed in investment opportunities. This combination allows Duke Properties to produce the best possible return for its partners.
When Albert is not managing investment opportunities and overseeing all real estate aspects at Duke Properties, Albert Dweck enjoys serving on the Board of Directors at Congregation Magen David of Manhattan, spending time with his family, and playing tennis.
